Randy Grigsby Obituary

Randy Dale Grigsby

1958 - 2019

Randy Dale Grigsby was born November 4, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio to his parents Arthur and Delphia Mullins-Grigsby.  Randy was one seven children in the Grigsby household.  Randy loved his childhood and living in Ohio, where he was one of seven children.  Randy met the love of his life, Teresa in 1987 and they were married on December 4, 1987 in Fort Worth, Texas.  They enjoyed a loving relationship for thirty-two years together.

Randy was a jack of all trades and spent the majority of his life working in the field of housing where he had a very distinguished career as an apartment maintenance supervisor.  Randy loved to cook, he loved the outdoors, camping and being with nature and God.  Randy enjoyed listening to Country and Western music and just hanging out with his friends, kicking back and drinking a cold brew.  Randy was simple at heart and was just pretty much a good Ol' boy.

Randy leaves behind his wife of thirty-two years, Teresa Grigsby; his son Corporal Dakota Coley and his wife, Shelby; his brother, Ray Grigsby and his wife Connie; his nephew, Steve Tolson and his sister-in-law, Cynthia Doud.  Randy is also survived by many other extended family members, as well as, countless numbers of friends that he made over his life.

While the family is greatly saddened by the loss of Randy, they rejoice that he is now re-united in the Kingdom of Heaven with his parents; his brothers and sisters, Harold, Jaime, Mattie, Paul and Bobby Joe, where they all await our return to our Lord and Savior.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 9 AM to 11 AM at the Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Chapel on the grounds of Azleland Cemetery.  A Funeral Service will be held immediately after the Visitation at 11 AM followed by a Graveside Committal in Azleland Cemetery.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
