Denise Renea Gary, age 47, of Fort Worth, Tx passed away Wednesday morning, December 12, 2018 after battling a very aggressive lung cancer.

Denise was born June 16, 1971 in Roanoke, Virginia, to her parents, Charles Gary and Ava Jefferson. She was a graduate of Northside High School. Denise was a member of Full Gospel Holiness for most of her life. She enjoyed coloring, reading, crocheting, watching her favorite shows and playing board games with her family. She was a talented artist and had a heart of gold. She was loving, kind, forgiving, loyal and the most supportive person in the world. She had a unique, cackling laugh and a smile that would brighten everybody's day. She never judged anyone and was always there when you needed a friend. Everyone who knew her loved her and trusted her.

Denise is preceded in death by her two brothers, Robert William, Charles Leon and her stepfather, Mike Dixon.

Denise is survived by her father, Charles Gary and wife, Linda of Boyd, Tx, her mother Ava Dixon, of Fort Worth, Tx, her Sisters, Carole Hall and husband, Kevin of Dove Creek, Colorado, Deborah Migura and husband, Bobby of Haltom City, Tx. Denise also leaves behind her daughter, Amanda Dujka and husband, Milan of Fort Worth, Tx, her son, Brandon Mahanay of Fort Worth, Tx. Two grandchildren, many nephews along with other relatives and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are her nephews, Eric Hall, Andrew Hall, Christopher Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, her son-in-law, Milan Dujka III; and Jeffrey Mahanay.

Services will be held December 20, 2018 at 10am at the Azle Memorial Chapel located at 850 N. Cardinal Road Azle, Texas 76020, with Brother Donny Beayrd as celebrant.
